Development Negotiations

City of Vernon – Development Negotiations on The Rise, The Outback, Turtle Mountain, Sparkling Hill Resort Hotel and Wellness Centre
As the City's representative, reviewed the proposed development plans, conducted the negotiations, and prepared the development agreements for a number of large scale projects, including:

• The Rise, a resort residential / golf course development of approximately 600 acres and 1200 units;
• Sparkling Hill, a European style resort hotel and wellness centre;
• Turtle Mountain, a residential development by Wesbild;
• The Outback, a resort residential development of 65 acres, and approximately 85 strata units (single and semi-detached).

District of Summerland – Development Negotiations on a resort residential development

• As the District's representative, led the negotiation process for the preparation of a development agreement for a large scale resort residential / golf course development.
